Respite Care Program

The respite care program at Green Country Village provides short-term accommodations. This enables families to travel with the assurance that their loved one is being cared for appropriately. The daily rate includes a room, meals and snacks, medication administration, and all the services provided to our permanent residents.

The resident's family will be responsible to bring clothing and personal items the resident will need during the stay at GCV. Medications for the resident will be provided by the family but administrated by GCV nursing staff.

Admission in the respite care program begins with an evaluation conducted by the director of assisted living. After the evaluation affirms eligibility for participation, a residency agreement is signed. Prepayment for a 14 day minimum is required when the agreement is signed.
