Fran and her late husband, Carl, have been friends to the Bartlesville community for years. They were the driving forces behind building Torrey Place, an independent living community for adults with mental illness. Recently, a bench was dedicated to the memory of their son, Dale, at Torrey Place. Dale was a veteran, a beloved son, brother and friend. Friends, family and Bartlesville dignitaries attended the dedication. Thank you for your service to our community as well as being a wonderful GCV resident, Fran!
