Heather Billingsley, Assisted Living and Memory Care Administrator, announced that the Oklahoma State Department of Health completed their survey for assisted living and memory care, and found we were deficiency free for the fourth straight survey.
These communities are licensed by the State of Oklahoma. Strict rules and regulations must be adhered to, and Green Country Village is inspected by the state to ensure that we are in compliance. The two-day inspection is thorough and detailed. Heather would like to thank the associates that work in the Assisted Living and Memory Care communities for providing the supportive care and services needed for our residents.
